This was such a fun a quick read with whit, laugh out loud humor, it had its sweet and adorable moments, swoon worthy moments and a few heart aching moments. I really enjoyed the relationship between Brooks and Abbott, watching their friendship and attraction slowly grow into more and I love a good neighbour romance story.

Sara Ney has such and easy to read writing style that I enjoy thoroughly and I cant wait for more stories in this new series
