Release Blitz and Book Review : Hard Pass by Sara Ney

4/5 Stars 🌟 Hard Pass  is the first book in the Trophy Boyfriends series. Its a light & fun sports romance with a quirky twist & a hint of mistaken identity. I really enjoyed this one a lot. Miranda  is determined to start her own business at the young age of 22 but to help make her goals happen she needs money and decides to sell some of her Grandpa's prized possession vintage Baseball Cards. She is cute, funny, sassy, adorable and knows what she likes. After texting with a potential buyer she meets up with him. Eventually sells the card but it somewhat shocked to find out he is a lot different in real life. Noah  is a professional Baseball player but is different from most of his team mates. He is shy, resevered, insecure about his looks, sweet but awkward especially around affection and attention. He is very much career focused and prefers to stay out of the spotlight. He plays the sport because it is his passion & he is very good at it. I loved how real and raw his

Release Blitz and Book Review : Writing Dirty by Alley Ciz

4/5 Stars 🌟 Writing Dirty  is the 5th book in the BTU Alumni Series and follows Maddey's story. The resident romance author finally gets her Hero & HEA. This story is a fun rom com with some added feels, light & flirty moments as well as suspense & intrigue. It includes one of my FAV tropes/plotlines which is 'Close Proximity' as after Maddey's situation with her Stalker starts getting out of hand in comes a 'Hero' to help save her but like the blurb says Maddey is no damsel in distress. Maddey  is a funny, witty, disney loving, strong, stubborn but incredible heroine who is determined to not let her Stalker affect the way she lives her life but slowly as things start to escalate we watch her realise how bad this situation can actually get and affect the people she loves the most.  My heart broke for her a few times but I also loved how her story played out. Getting in the mind of Maddey was an interesting one as she is an author she had quite the a

Release Blitz and Book Review : Winning Hollywood's Goodest Girl by Max Monroe

4/5 Stars 🌟 RTC  Winning Hollywood’s goodest girl is going to take everything I’ve got. Winning Hollywood’s Goodest Girl, an all-new laugh-out-loud surprise baby rom com by New York Times bestselling author Max Monroe is available now! Raquel and Harrison sitting in a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G. First comes love. Then comes marriage. Then comes a baby in the baby carriage. That’s how her brother used to sing it when we were kids—a simple ploy to get under my skin and make me stick my fist in his face—but man oh man, did he get the order wrong. One night of “kissing” in New York catapulted us straight to the pregnancy portion of the song—surprise!—and now I have to figure out how to carry out the whole melody in reverse. A baby on the way first. Then love and marriage? It’s complicated on its best day. But our situation is far more problematic than just a simple twist of nursery rhyme lyrics. Before our night together, Raquel Weaver was the best-known good girl in Hollywood—

I don’t expect to see Crawford again, but he’s suddenly very visible in our small town. Avoiding him would be my preference. That’s not how this story goes. For whatever reason, my daughter finds

Book Review : Prince of Hearts by LA Cotton

3.5/5 Stars 🌟 Prince of Hearts  is book one in the Verona Legacy series and is a duet. This book can not be read as a standalone and ends in a cliffhanger. PoH follows Nicco and Arianna and is a Mafia romance with in influenced by Romeo and Juliet and heavily plays on the star crossed lovers aspect of it. The story is dark, gritty, suspenseful, passionate, dangerous but also slightly predictable. It started off a little slow for me but I still ended up enjoying this one. Nicco  is broody, cold, protective, caring, strong, rough yet also gentle. He is the epitome of Tall, dark and handsome.  Arianna  is sweet, kind, slightly naive at times but slowly opening her eyes to what is happening around her and realising who she can and can't trust. My heart broke for her with what she had to endure and not having too many people in her corner she could trust. Nicco & Arianna had an instant connection and whirlwind of a romance which is to be expected in this type of story. They had hea

Release Blitz and Book Review : Cheesy on the Eyes by Teagan Hunter

5/5 Stars 🌟 Cheesy on the Eyes  is the 5th story in the Slice series and follows Sully & Thea. It is a fake dating, strangers to friends to lovers story with enough laughs & heart warming moments to make you never want to leave this town of people Teagan has created. Sully  is a sweet, gentle and soulful guy who has always had the knack for reading people. He is funny, charming, independent, vulnerable and he is by far my favourite guy in this series & I was very much anticapting his story and I was not dissapointed at all. I LOVE HIM SO VERY MUCH. Thea  is funny, witty, outspoken and unapologetic about it. She has many insecurities and vaulnerblities brought on by previous relationships which has left her somewhat gaurded when it comes to love. When we first met her in A Slice of Love (the novella) I was secretly hoping she would be the leading lady in Sully's book and I'm so glad she was. I loved her character just as much as I loved Sully. Her family was amazing
